Hello Guys can anyone tell me how to master reset one SF65,

Hi Sandstorm, yep I tried that and it comes up "Unknown command"
any ideas

well, if you don't have the userbook, lets see by navigating the menus. maybe under settings -> phone settings, etc

Thanks for your prompt reply as usual...I have the user manual but it doesnt indicate where it is!! These were always troublesome phones!!! This is my daughters and I wanted to sell on as I have bought her a poppy! I have been through all the settings and cant find it

Well, you can always delete the pics manually, as some not needed things. It will give hard job, but will have it done

Also, don't forget to delete contacts, appointments, and voice dial tags. My SL45 came with the previous owner's VIP numbers and voice tags.
