Maybe you mistaken the model, because that one, doesn't exist AFAIK

Do you mean AL21, or EL71?

Anyway, to upgrade you use either an official self-update program, or a WinSwup. Links for both kinds of program (and both phone models too) can be found in a sticky thread at the Software section.
