Hi guys!

I am currently using my CF75 to run the internet for my laptop. Do I need a different USB cable or is it the same? My phone is in the mail so I have not seen which cable it needs yet. My EF81 cable is damaged, so I can't use it if it needs that one.

Also, will my same mobile phone manager work?

EF81 -> nano-lumberg connector -> DCA-140 usb cable.
CF75 -> slim-lumberg connector. -> DCA-510 or DCA-540 cable. The DCA-540 is faster, but the DCA-510 is more versative, it allow you to recharge the phone, for example.

EF81 MPM will work with CF75.

My AF51 is on it's way. Which data cable and MPM do I need for it? I am running the old version for the CF75 because I can't get the new version to work on my laptop.

The DCA-140 doesn't have any conversion electronics from USB to serial: those electronics are intergated on the phone.
Phones based on the L55 platform, like the AF51, don't have those electronics, so, to be plugged in a USB port, they need them in the cable.

DCA-100 is a serial cable, so it doesn't need the electronics.
DCA-110, which is USB with electronics, doesn't officially exist. I have one, bought on eBay, and it works with my AF51 (it is detected as "DCA-510", IIRC). I think it was one like this one, from this seller, although my cable doesn't look 100% like that auction picture. Better ask the seller first, because it's strange that a cable that works with the A31/AF51 also works with the E81/EF81.

Ok, well I bought a DCA-100 serial cable. It works great and the little AF51 is the fastest phone to put internet to my PC so far. It works great! I just wish I could make it charge like the CF75 can with the adapter that runs the charger and the usb cable at the same time.
