Hi karaban I think you can use x65papuautils to unlock this phone for simlock free.

ME45 CAN'T be unlocked with papuas utils. that tool was made for R65 platform based phones forwards.

I successfully used Freia a few days ago to unlock my ME45. The procedure also cleared the phonecode.

and the cable cannot be the original one. at least my official cable wont do it.

Exactly. The cable I used is a USB one, based on the Prolific chip. I have a "DCA-110", which can also flash, has the same appearance on the USB side, and uses the same driver.
