1-> Connect your mobile phone to your PC via infrared or a datacable.
2-> Download the Program "Open Disc for x65" to your PC and use it to open the hidden "Config"-Folder on your mobile.
3-> Open the folder "Config/japp/FlexMenu" on your PC (e.g. with Mobile Phone Manager, s25@once etc.)
4-> Create a Backup of the file "main.fs"!
5-> Extract the IconPack-Archive and copy all files from to the folder "Config/japp/FlexMenu" (override existing files).
6-> Turn your mobile off and on again.

If you would like to load the old standard-icons back to your mobile, simply copy the backuped file "main.fs" from (3.) to back to the "Config/japp/FlexMenu"-Folder (override existing files)

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR BRANDED DEVICES!!! The Vodafone Versions (for example), have different menu arrangement, this way you should download the standart x65 series flexmenu, and copy all the files to your "Config/japp/FlexMenu"-Folder (override existing files). Make sure you've backed up the previous files. Note that one of the locked softkeys could not work properly. Then, you need to use the DSE to edit the softkeys. This tool is able to edit all your softkeys, even the ones loked by your service provider!
Example, you have the left softkey loked, and can't change it. Go to the program, and on left softkey task, right click, and select flag. then choose ask, and click on save!
That simple!

Guys, I need one favor to help me make better support to this main menu icons section. Can someone, w\ one unbranded device, send-me all the files that are inside the "Config/japp/FlexMenu" folder?
I think w\ this I can make one good support to all branded devices, w\ chanced menus from their operators. (like vodafone)

well, i got cx65, think its unbranded, i checked all the fs files with mccx editor

oh, nad also, can other icons in phone be edited (like those crappy purple folders in "my stuff"?

It's hard to find, but i dunno that the S65 are the only animated in the file i provide. Smile

Btw even those w\ no animation looks nice, currently i'm on xp icons Smile
