Welcome to the forum!
I'm practically sure his instructions were about changing a no-name USB cable into a DCA-510, not a DCA-540 into a DCA-510... No-name cables usually have a USB-to-serial converter in them, which the DCA-540 doesn't.
Therefore, you must have stumbled upon a method used by the phone to distinguish between DCA-500 and 510!

Well, just try to run a FW upgrade with that. (in the 510 method)
and yes, my instructions are only for no-name cables to 510.

The DCA-500 is serial only, so there's no chance you'll build one from a USB cable. As for building a DCA-510, you can try using a schematic like this one, but I think it'll be easier, cheaper and especially safer to instead buy a ready-made cable.

Don't worry about your English: I've seen much worse here.
As for the schematic, I have no idea if it works, since I didn't try it. But be warned: phones based on the CX70's platform (R65) and newer tend to dislike non-original cables; that's also why I recommended you to buy a cable instead of building one.
And what about eBay: doesn't anyone sell to your country?

you can buy any cheapo USB cable, like the one in teh tutorial, and with the instructions, transform it to work as one original DCA-510

In your case, if the cable is the original DCA-540, you need the DCA-540 cable drivers, and not the DCA-510.
Plug the cable on another port, and point the installer to the folder you have the drivers.

driver was included in the DCA 540 pack.... still i've downloaded the DCA-540 driver again from here:
http://www.siemensplanet.com/SandStorm/mixed/USBdriver_DCA-140_DCA-540_v1.05.zip
this driver is not working... still shows my phone as unknown device...

if windows isn't taking the drivers, them, it isn't working.
and yes, all those drivers there, are for original DCA-540 cables. Also, R65 platform based phones, are very picky with non-original cables.
does the problem persist in another machine?
