C35 even don't have flex memory...

What OD does is to unlock hidden foldersin the phone's filesystem. Since the first Siemens with such feature were x45's, OD would be useless for older phones.
But what do you want OD for? You can instead do some "low-level" stuff via the Developer Menu. You can grab it here.
However, don't change stuff you don't know about, or else you might kill your phone! My advice is to stick with only looking at information, like ambient temperature and battery charge percentage.

Btw, that phone allow you 3 shutdown animations by default.
Just go to setup -> display -> bitmap stile

Nope, you can't change that kind of stuff without resorting to some heavy patching... and discussing it is forbidden here, because it voids your warranty and can kill your phone even easier than using the DevMenu.
